If you're wondering why comments that are posted in the Knowledgebase is not being addressed, it's because there is no way for us to answer your questions directly through the knowledgebase comment board. The best way for your questions and comments to be answered is to submit them through our ticket system.


To submit tickets, go to either:


Click on Submit Ticket and follow the instructions that are given. Once the ticket is submitted, someone in Tech or Customer Service will get back to you with answers to any issue or comments that you might have.
